Hi Dale, The only difference is one is Ca Compliant while the PX9151L isn't. Thats it.

Dale. the PX9151LP was California certified and on the "Approved Roster" and the PX9151L is not. No other differences.
The p is for package. It comes with the holster and mag carrier. If it doesn't have the p at the end it comes with just the gun and magazine. I have the pc9108lp which came with the extra stuff.
