Hi Robert and welcome. U Model number = Made in the USA and P Model number = Made in Austria. USA and Austria made glocks are equal in quality. Some folks prefer the original country of manufacture. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
Hi Robert, the UA265S201 model is made in USA and the PI2650201 model is made in Austria. If the model number starts with P, it is made in Austria. When the model number starts with U, it is made in the USA. Also, UA265S201 is a Gen 5 and is not CA compliant. PI2650201 is a Gen 3 and is CA compliant. Stay safe & have a great day!
