Hi Keith, this is not CA compliant as it has a 10rd removable magazine. The CA compliant model with fixed magazine is here budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/147854/et+arms+etagomega556ml15ca+semi-auto+rifle , This model uses the Juggernaut Tactical's h-ll fighter kit.
