It supposedly comes with the optic installed and sighted to get you on paper. Im sure You'll need to fine tune it though.

Hi Joel, FN does not state whether it comes installed, but most of the time, the optics come pre-installed. I'd say 85% chance yes, if not, it is very easy to do. Stay safe & have a great day!
