Blemishes are usually in the finish.and most times they are unable to be seen without knowing where it's at. They can include tool makes, under polishing or over polishing. Hope this helps.

Many companies sell "Blem" models. Most of the times one cannot even find the blemish. I've read many reviews with buyers stating this. The blem can be slight imperfections to the coating or metal.
