Does anyone know of different grip panels available for this model. (I know it's a double stack, so not sure if grips are available, would especially like something with finger groove/s or impression/s).

It takes the Para ordnance double stack style grips I have never came across a set of double stack finger grove grips https://advancedtactical.com/double-stack-a2/
