Hi Jeffrey and welcome. Barrel twist rate is the Savage website is correct at 1:12 inches. 1:7.5 is way too fast a twist rate for the 22-250 speedster. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi Jeffrey and welcome. Barrel twist rate is the Savage website is correct at 1:12 inches. 1:7.5 is way too fast a twist rate for the 22-250 speedster and the barrel would last like 500 rounds, lol. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
