Is this shotgun (Mossberg 990 Aftershock) NJ legal? I've noticed some places dont ship this shotgun to NJ and I am not sure where it stands with NJ rules.

Hi Isaac, unfortunately this is not NJ legal. A pump action Shockwave is NJ legal, but the new semi-auto Aftershock has not been deemed legal by the NJSP. Ask you local FFL. I am a NJ resident and my FFL tells me it is not NJ legal. It's the same category as the RIA VRF14, which is not NJ legal.
