6 gives more velocity which improves accuracy.
Hi John and welcome. Different length barrels can be inherently equally accurate which is the case here. The longer barrel will give a longer sight radius and increased velocity to carry that same accuracy out to farther distances since it will shoot flatter over said distance. depends on what you plan to use it for I prefer a 4 inch barrel if I am going to carry it while the 6 inch has more "potential" accuracy I like the feel and balance of the 4 inch gun and I shoot my 4 inch better than my 6 inch
