Do I need an adapter plate for the Holosun EPS MRS to fit the Sig P365 Fuse?  I've seen where there is a gap if direct mounted.

Hi and welcome. No Sir. The Sig P365 Fuse uses the Holosun K/RMSc Optics footprint. The correct length mounting screws should allow a flush fit. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

No the Holosun EPS MSR is a direct mount to the P365 fuse

There shouldn't be a gap as it's a flush fit direct mount.
