Not as it stands. This is not an optic ready model. What you can do is find a qualified gunsmith in your area who can mill the slide to direct fit the Optic of your choosing.

This is not an optics ready model. You can have a qualified gunsmith in your area mill the slot to fit whatever footprint optic you decide on or have the rear sight removed and install a Novak sight mount installed.
