Hi Paul, the 6.5 PRC models on the Tikka web site are all 1:8 twist. Since this model, JRTXB31922MT, is not on the web site, and other vendors list it as 1:10, I would ask SAKO, the Tikka importer for an accurate answer at 800-929-2901 Stay safe & have a great day!
The correct twist rate seems to be 1:8. But, maybe contact Tikka's customer service at 800-929-2901 for a proper answer.
