Hi Richard, This will put you and other owners in a precarious position. There were some Taurus 10 round magazines that were imported from "Brazil". They are rare as hen's teeth but they do exist. what if you disassembled the mag and made a block to go in the bottom to prevent the loading of more than 10 rounds
