Before you start the transfer process, look over entire firearm & make sure everything is included. If there are any issues your FFL can initiate a return to Buds. Once you transfer and take possession, then it's yours and any issues will have to go through the manufacturer.

Hi Paula and welcome. First order of business would be to contact the manufacturer to verify that said number of magazines were to be included. You would laugh at the number of vendor listing mistakes on accessories and firearm specifications. If the manufacturer says the magazine was supposed to be included, they may send you the missing mag. If not, do not accept the transfer and contact Buds for a pickup from your FFL Dealer for replacement or full refund. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
