Hi Alex and welcome. Legally you can't for a pistol or serialized frame/lower. No vendor is willing to risk their livelihood which is their FFL for any illegal action. Federal law requires that firearms, including serialized pistol frames, be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Cheers and stay safe!
