Hi, I just received this model and based on the advertised and the question I asked to this community, it was supposed to arrive with 1x 11 round and 1 x 13 round magazines plus a pinky extension included. However, I receive 2 x 11 round mags without the pinky extension. How can I issue a claimed to Buds for incorrect advertise? Thanks!!!

Hi Osvaldo, I would contact Taurus. Their own web site says this model has a capacity of 13rds.
The sticker on the bottom of the box for model 1GX4MP931 says 1-11, 1-13
