Hi Aaron, the one that is $100 more has a Magpul MOE X-22 Stock features M-LOK slots at the 6 o'clock position in case you want to add a light, laser, etc, ....and it has a stainless steel barrel. Also has Gold Bead front sight and Adjustable Rear Sight. The one you linked to has an alloy steel barrel and no MOLK slots to add accessories, and no sights. So if you want pre-installed sights, will/may add accessories and prefer the stainless steel barrel, spend the extra $$$ Otherwise, I think you would be happy with the less expensive one, but you will need to buy sights/optics.
