HI Tim, The TS Stands for "Thumb Safety" That's the difference.

Tim, the TS Stands for "Thumb Safety" (the lever below the rear serrations). The non TS model does not have this safety lever. Smith and Wesson makes the pistol with and without because prefer it and some don't.
