The EUROPEAN AMERICAN ARMORY Corp MC1911S Influencer X 45 ACP semi-automatic pistol is not legal for sale in Massachusetts. Specifically, Massachusetts law prohibits the sale of 1911 and 1911A1 pistols, which includes this model, according to the Civilian Marksmanship Program. Springfield Armory's website also confirms that various 1911 models, including TRP AOS in .45 ACP, are not legal in Massachusetts.
