I have not found one anywhere on the web site. However, I had sent a message to Bud's customer service yesterday around noon and I received an email and telephone response a couple of hours later. Little surprised at how quickly they got back to me. Anyway, my phone system recorded the customer service rep's phone number and here it is: 1-859-363-0371. Hope that helps. But as side note, they do seem very responsive to contact queries from customers via the web. I believe now that they would have responded even sooner to my inquiry but it was kind of convoluted and they had to do some research first.
