No. It has to be compliant as it comes from the factory Kevin. Buds does not open/alter firearm packages.

Buds will not sell it to you they will not alter a firearm from how it came from the factory

Ifyou are able to buy it (by mistake) they will not be able to ship it to a FFL holder in CO and it will take about 2 weeks for you to get your money back
