Good afternoon to you!! The 20-round magazine for the Springfield Armory XD-M Elite 3.8" 9mm will not flush fit. It requires the use of a grip sleeve to extend the grip for use with the larger magazine. The standard XD-M Elite 3.8" 9mm is designed to use a 14-round flush-fit magazine, with the option to use a 20-round magazine with a grip sleeve making concealed carry difficult but doable depending on build and carry style.
