Description says 6+1 but googling the UPC and model number, some sites say 7+1, others (like Buds) say 6+1. Need to know bc I have a 6 round limit for semi shotguns in NJ. Thx very much!!

The capacity is 7+1 with 2.75" shells, 6+1 with longer 3" shells.

Good evening to you!! The Beretta 1301 LE Tactical 12ga Shotgun 18.5" magazine capacity is typically 7+1 rounds. This means it can hold 7 rounds in the magazine tube and 1 additional round in the chamber. Hope this helps.

Hi Alex, being a fellow NJ resident, I can assure you the capacity is 7+1. I cannot buy this gun either, and  I am not aware of a 6+1 model. I feel your pain.
