Hi Walter, this is not WA state legal due to pistol grip (The addition of a fin attaching the grip to the stock does not exempt the grip if it otherwise resembles the grip found on a pistol), muzzle brake, and threaded barrel. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_restrictions.pdf , There is no way to make this WA state compliant.
