Although it says it's "FOR" the full sized.... will it "FIT" in the 3.8 compact??? You must know FOR SURE. You have to actually try it. Not guess, not "read it somewhere." But actually do it with your own hands.

Hi Jeremy and welcome. Unfortunately, no, it will not work in the 3.8. I have the full sized XDM Elite 10mm and the 3.8 and the barrel only fits the 4.5 model. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
