Hi Brian, The difference between the 2 is that the LE model is SP-01 model while the other is a CZ-75 with a decocker. Normally if the firearms are the exact models the LE model will come with 3 magazines instead of 2. That's the main difference. Hope this helps!

After researching both models the only other difference I see is the Blue vs black grips. Both do come with 3 magazines.
