Is there an actual difference between the "CA Model" Springfield M1As other than they probably ship with 10 round mags? From photos the flash suppressor / hider looks identical to that on most of the other models.

Literally the only change is it has a "compensator" instead of a flash hider. That's it. It's pretty absurd given that both do pretty much the same thing.
