First click: Sear engages the safety notch.
Second click: Sear engages the half-cock notch, allowing the cylinder to rotate freely for loading and unloading.
Third click: Bolt engages the cylinder.
Fourth click: Sear engages the full-cock notch, locking the cylinder and preparing the revolver to fire.
