Hi Albert and welcome. The main issue with the Gen 5 over the Gen 4 Guide Rod is that the Gen 5 is 3/16 longer than the Gen 4 so you could not use them without this piece: https://www.strikeindustries.com/si-g4-5-rsa.html ------ Cheers and stay safe!
