Hi Jason and welcome. This model has an optic cutout on the top of the receiver and cut for RMR optics (uses STR-9 adapter plates) to accept a range of optics. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Good evening to you!! The Stoeger M3000 is not drilled and tapped for rail mounts. It does have an optics cut for RMR footprint optics. Have a good rest of your night.

No, it is not D&T'd but, It comes with a cutout on the receiver for RMR-style optics and includes adapter plates to accommodate RMR- or Burris-footprint sights. This allows hunters to mount their preferred red dot or other optics.
