Good evening to you!! Sorry but no the Bianchi speedloader for .38 Special -.357 magnum will not fit the .32 federal magnum. The rim of the 327 is .375" while the 357/38 base are .440". Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your night.

Hi Pete and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. The .327 base is too small and would not securely support the .327 which would just drop out of the speed loader slots.
