Dinner plate at 25yds is not good as you have stated John. I would first check your muzzle crown to make sure there are no burrs or deformities. If not, get at least 2 more loads and some sand bags for a solid rest for the rifle. I would concentrate on replicating the sight picture on some 5 shot groups for each load. If your group tightens up then it was more than likely the operator. If they do not then it is more than likely something amiss with the rifle. lots of things can be happening here: 1). You may simply have gotten a bad batch of Leverevolution ammo. 2). A solid rest should disclose operator or rifle issue. 3). Your rifle may simply just not like the Leverevolution ammo. If none of this produces improved results your rifle will more than likely need looked at by a qualified smith.
