Hi Jason, unfortunately Buds does not open or alter firearms packages. The firearm has to be state compliant from the manufacturer. I know this would help out a lot of folks in restricted states but Buds does not do this by policy.

Hi Jason, I know its not what you want to hear but Buds will not alter or open firearm boxes to make them legal for non compliant states.
