Good evening to you!! The The Mossberg 940 Pro Tactical SPX 12ga is designed to be optic-ready, with a receiver cut that accepts low-profile, direct-mounting Shield RMSc-pattern micro dot sights. This cut allows for improved eye alignment and target acquisition. The receiver is also drilled and tapped for mounting other optics, and adapter plates are included for RMR, Docter, and Leupold footprint optics.
