Good evening to you and happy father's day!! The Kel-tec 5.7 will be easier to grab and go. You can carry more ammunition because of the smaller, lighter size shell.thahts just my two cents. I love the 300BO but I believe the 5.7 will do you better for what you want. Hope this helps. Have a good rest of your weekend.
