Hi Steven, there is not a direct way to leave a CS review. If you purchased a product, Buds will send you a "Write Review" link that you can review the product and include your experience with CS at the same time. The only other way is through the BBB here : https://www.bbb.org/lexington/business-reviews/gunsmiths/buds-gun-shopcom-in-lexington-ky-184205327/reviews-and-complaints
No there is no way to leave a customer service review if you use the chat now )(at the end) you fill out a review on the agent and the chat now system
Hi Steven, The only way to leave a review is to call and do it verbally although if it was in live chat you can leave a review after you close the chat. Hope this helps!
