I am not a glock person but I think I would have to go with the glock here. you know what you are getting and that the company will be around to assist you if you have any issues I know canik has had great reviews but will the still exist and to what extent in 10-15 years what about parts down the road will you be able to get spare mag 10 years from now my guns get shot ( a lot ) I know glock will handle high volume shooting I think the canik will but I am not sure

Jay, I have purchased 3 Caniks for the price of one and a half Glocks. They have been just as reliable as my Glock 20 and are slightly more ergonomic than the Glocks and fit the hand quite naturally. I own both and can vouch for the Canik. In this case, the cost per pound is less for virtually the same meat. The Turkish built these right.
