Hi Point does not have any firearms that have been tested/approved for the CA Roster Keith. Whether this is intentional by Hi Point, their firearms simply can't pass or the cost is too great to Hi Point is unclear. My opinion is that with the price point of their firearms, the cost and difficulty of CA stringent approval is the culprit.
