22 TCM is a 223 case that is cut to 9mm length and then necked down to hold a 22 caliber bullet. The 22 TCM has a 22 caliber specific barrel. "Remember" the cut to 9mm length part? This is what allows you too fire standard 9mm ammunition through the 2nd 9mm barrel that comes with the package. So effectively you have a dual caliber capable pistol with just the change of swap barrels and recoil springs. It only takes a few seconds to switch and is the 22 TCM is a "HOOT" to shoot!

You just switch out the 2 barrels Dallas. It comes with both.
