Hi Gary and welcome. Yes Sir, they are sturdy and will work with 30-06 recoil no issue. Just use a dab of blue Loctite on the threads of the tightening screws. They also fit Weaver Mounting Rail no issue. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
