Hi Justin and welcome. No difference. A gun has to be submitted to the state of Cal for testing. If a model is not tested, it will not be listed as Ca compliant. Some manufacturers just don't bother with Ca anymore due to their draconian gun laws and $ spent to have it added to the CA Handgun Roster. Cheers and stay safe!
CA compliant models are ones that the companies paid the state to be on the CA DOJ approved gun Roster.
Hi Justin, Taurus paid Dictator Newsom the $200 extortion fee to have it put on the CA approved handgun roster, that's what make it CA compliant. Stay safe & have a great day!
