After the break in period can AR style & Bullpup semi-auto shotguns fire this ammo even though it's listed at 1150 FPS? The manufacturers say those types of shotguns need at least 1300 FPS to operate. I only use cylinder chokes, nothing else. ONLY THOSE WHO OWN THESE TYPES OF SHOTGUNS ANSWER.

Good evening to you!! I stay as close to 1300FPS as possible even after break in. This insures reliable operation when needed. Hope this helps

Hi Jason and welcome. Yes Sir. I have both AR 12 style and Bullpup 12ga shotguns and the trick I use is to store the firearm with the bolt locked back, which seasons the spring and greatly reduces the so called 1300 plus fps break in period. Reduced recoil loads fire no issue. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
