As far as what is included, we're just customers here like yourself trying to help in any we can. For questions regarding "Used" items, we don't have access to inventory so you'll need to give Buds customer service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri and ask them to help out on this model.
