Good evening to you!! The Watchtower type 15M has a pinned and welded barrel to bring the barrel length to 16". Having a pistol grip and adjustable buttstock makes it non compliant. Hi Peter and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. This model has a 14.5" barrel with a pinned/welded flash hider. The buttstock is telescoping, and the barrel is shrouded.
