Hi Jeff, the way the law is written, it looks like it could be. A semiautomatic pistol that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and has one or more of the following: A. A threaded barrel, capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer; B. A second hand grip; C. A shroud that encircles either all or part of the barrel designed to shield the bearer's hand from heat, except a solid forearm of a stock that covers only the bottom of the barrel; or D. The capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip; . This gun does not accept detachable magazines. In fact, Kel-Tec calls it 'magazine-less', as the ammo is inserted into the pistol grip. Now, if WA state considers the grip a 'magazine', (and I'm sure they do) then it would not be legal, as magazines are limited to ten (10) rounds. I would check with the FFL who you would have the gun shipped to just to be certain. Stay safe & have a great day!
