Why do some come with 10RD mags and others 15? Is this he exact same model as the gun that holds 15 rd? If so, can I use 15 rd mags in this gun?

10 round mags are legal in CA and other restrictive states.  If it is a CA legal gun (ca will be at the end of model number) it is not supposed to accept larger mags.
