Is the barrel attachment considered a flash suppressor or a muzzle brake? Illinois does not allow flash suppressors but muzzle brakes are allowed. Which does this Ruger rifle come with?

Hi Richard, this has a radial port muzzle brake.
Also, double check your Illinois regs. I believe a flash suppressor is only banned on semi-auto rifles, not bolt action.
