NJ has 10 round mag likit. Will you be shipping these factory mags with the gun? In my previous purchases, my FFL received the guns and pinned the mags for a charge.

Hi Anand and welcome. Buds normally ship without non-compliant magazines even though local FFLs are willing to pin magazines. I would check with Buds Customer Service to see if this practice has changed at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon - Fri. Hi Anand, unfortunately Bud's will not ship non-compliant magazines, even if your FFL agrees to pin them. Sorry but this is Bud's policy. Bud's will ship with no magazines and you would need to purchase compliant magazines separately.

Bud's won't ship non-compliant magazines. That's Bud's policy! Bud's is willing to ship without mags and you can purchase compliant magazines on your own.

Bud's policy is to remove the non-compliant magazines and leave it up to the buyer to purchase their necessary state compliant magazines.
