Hi Dennis and welcome. Yes, the Freedom Ordnance FX-9 does accept a mil-spec buffer tube and stock. The FX-9 is designed with a lower receiver that is threaded to accept mil-spec buffer tubes, and it comes standard with a mil-spec buffer tube on some models.
