It has an 8.5" barrel
It has no stock (e.g., a buffer tube, brace, or nothing at all)
It is sold/registered/configured as a pistol

Hi Darius and welcome. Fortunately, no Sir. It has a "Brace" instead of a "Stock" and is classified as a standard Handgun/Pistol with no registration required. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi Darius, no sir, this is classified as a pistol, no registration needed.
If you replace the pistol brace with a stock, then it would be a SBR.
